The RoBox Automatic Gluing Conveyor Machine is the latest model, it has improved much compared to the old models the world has been using for many years. The new model has only two main units, the paper feeder gluer unit, and a conveyor, compared to the old model which had an extra unit between the feeder and conveyor. This new design makes the machine easier to install, transport and set up jobs. The paper stack platform is automatic lifting, the conveyor is sloped to transit the paper sheet better from the glue roller after gluing. Servo control is optional, it allows the machine to convey the paper sheets at programmed distance, pace, which makes the box/board pasting easier for the workers. The smart viscosity control system is a great option, it saves glue and makes the job of the operator much easier, a less experienced operator with lower wage demands can now be qualified for this job.

As most of our sales orders are from oversea, inn most of cases Robox Machinery provides training and online support, There will be video demonstrations of job setting and installation, as well as manuals for the customer. If onsite installation service is required, we are always happy to travel, however the costs of travel will be charged separately.
